Our mobility programs are available at our Bowral clinic or via mobile visits across the Southern Highlands, South West Sydney and Illawarra regions.
Our exercise physiologists design programs that match your current ability and pace, focusing on:

Sessions are adapted to your comfort level and can be done with or without specialised equipment.
